The story is that the girl in this painting always wanted to achieve great success in life. There seemed to be no end to her race for success, yet she never stopped trying. She devoted almost all her time to studying, so much so that from childhood until today, she never truly got the chance to enjoy her life.
And now, as she watches the sun setting beneath the golden sky, it is almost as if destiny has given her one final view of its beauty. That sunset was the last sunset of her life.
