1. What the platform is

Crafted Gift Fair is an online marketplace that lists handmade products, workshops and local fairs by independent makers ("makers"). We are an intermediary: makers create their listings and sell directly to buyers. We do not own, make or sell the products, and we are not a party to the sale between buyer and maker.

2. Buying

• You message the maker through the platform and agree the item, price, delivery and payment with them. To keep everyone safe, your WhatsApp number must be verified before you can send messages or order requests. Adding an email is optional.
• Payment is made directly to the maker. Crafted Gift Fair does not collect payment and takes no commission.
• Handmade items can vary slightly in colour, size and finish. Ask the maker before you buy.
• Disputes about an order are first between buyer and maker; we will help as described in Refunds & disputes.

3. Makers

• Makers must list only items they make themselves (or their family or registered group), describe them honestly, and show true photos.
• Makers are responsible for their products, prices, delivery, taxes (including GST where applicable) and any refunds they agree to.
• Makers agree that their studio name, photos, city and story are shown publicly. Their WhatsApp number and UPI ID stay private until the maker chooses to share them with a buyer in a chat.
• We may refuse, remove or pause any stall, product or workshop that breaks these terms or the law.
• Studio plans: every approved studio gets a free 1-month trial. After that a plan keeps the studio taking orders: ₹299 for 1 month, ₹1,499 for 6 months, or ₹2,499 for 1 year plus 3 months free. Plans are paid in advance in Indian rupees, by UPI (confirmed by our team) or online through Razorpay when available, and do not renew automatically.
• If a plan ends, the studio stays visible but cannot add new products or receive new order requests until it is renewed. We take 0% commission on sales.

4. Not allowed

• Mass-produced items presented as handmade, or copies of other people's designs.
• Illegal, unsafe, counterfeit or restricted items, or false claims about origin or materials.
• Spam, harassment, fake reviews, or misuse of anyone's contact details.

5. Accounts

You log in with Google, an email code or a WhatsApp code. Keep access to your email, phone and Google account safe. You can delete your account at any time by writing to us.

6. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the platform accurate and safe, but we cannot guarantee any maker's product, delivery or conduct. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a purchase between a buyer and a maker.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Etawah, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
